Park View cottage is a two bedroom semi detached cottage built approximately 250 years ago in the delightful village of Kirby Malzeard in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the North York Moors National Park. The cottage is right in the heart of the village with excellent amenities within walking distance. Kirby Malzeard is a quaint village situated approximately 6 miles from Ripon and within easy reach of Harrogate and also Fountains Abbey which is a World Heritage Site.

The Yorkshire Dales, with its rugged fells and heather-clad moors, sleepy meadows and awesome valleys, is home to a rich mix of wildlife: from delicate wild flowers on the rare limestone pavement around Malham Cove, to rare species of birds in Nidderdale, and ancient broadleaf woodland in Wensleydale. The cottage has been fully modernised and yet retains a great deal of character, with flagstone floors, working fireplace and beamed ceilings in the lounge. This holiday cottage has been very comfortably furnished throughout, and provides excellent holiday accommodation in a quiet and relaxing position. All fuel, power, bedding and towels is included.

The property is spread over three floors. In the cellar is a washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. There is allocated parking to the front of the property and a courtyard garden to the rear. The property has radiators throughout.

 
The ground floor of the cottage has a sitting room with beamed ceiling and working wood burning fireplace and stone floor. There is also a kitchen which has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob.

 

  

 
 

 

 Upstairs the cottage has one double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and views from the front of the cottage, a bathroom with 3 piece white suite and a shower over the bath and a single bedroom at the rear. The single bedroom has a mezzanine landing housing an additional single bed.
